BioMol Project is sponsored by CAPES and its main goal is to enable the collaboration network between USP/São Paulo (University of São Paulo/São Paulo) and UFPE for a multidisciplinary interaction between physicists, chemists, biologists, pharmacists and computer scientists and  the training of human resources in the Biological Computational field inside a scientific project that aims to apply computational tools to help solving biological problems. The creation of this network will provide an excellent environment for academic discussions between Biological Sciences and Exact and Earth Sciences, which will result in more integration between them. The computation tools to be developed in this project are quite diverse, integrating a multidisciplinary approach to the treatment of a wide variety of problems in the biological field. The development of these tools and their applications are among the research topics currently developed by team members and are associated with the lines of research in this project.
